Hi, If the concentration issues are of recent origin, then they may caused due to situational stress or interpersonal problems or career issues. If the concentration issues are ongoing since 6 months to 1 year or more, they may be of greater concern indicating underlying anxiety, depression etc. Short term concentration issues may respond well to 3 months or more of counselling. Long term concentration issues may require medical intervention. You may opt for allopathy or homoeopathy medicines for the same.
