Hello doc...am 30 years old married since 3  days am hvng cold,continuous nasal flow, due to which even cant sleep in night ....little headache also ...plz suggest  medication  for my condition thanking you

Your complaints are cold , running nose and headache.since 3days Mostly sinusitis or rhinitis, pharyngitis  or tonsillitis due viral or bacterial infection If viral symptoms will persist 3-7days Just use symptomatic treatment for 3days and an antibiotic Advise T.paracetamol 650mg TID x 3days T.Pantop 40mg po OD T.Levocetrizine 5mg HS T.Amoxyclav 625mg TIDx3days
