Hi Doctor My sister is suffering from cold since last week, her nose is block with mucus unable to breath properly While eating also sometimes she feel like breathlessness due to mucus blockage in nose Is steam inhalation be better for mucus removal from nose For chest congestion can montek lc be used ?
