I have got cold and cough since yesterday.

Sardi is still there and throat is burning sensation.
I am taking hot water vapor and gargling with salt water.
I have Azitharal 500 tab also at home but I don't want to take the Antibiotic at this initial stage.
I have Calpol 650 at home. Can it give some relief on throat burning sensation due to cold ?

Continue levocet and colpol for a couple of days

Keep doing steam thing 6 to 8 times a day, each session lasting atleast 5 minutes, for few days, you will start getting wet cough, with sputum..then you can use azithral 500 once everyday for possible chest infection, for 5 days atleast and 7 days Max. During the entire period, use 1 spoonful of high sugar solution, like honey 5 to 6 times a day, direct swallow, to get relief on the throat.
