Hi Cinnamon powder is good for health as it helps in lowering raised blood glucose levels and also helps in impaired glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity and resistance.. Half teaspoon Cinnamon powder can be used in tea..for daily consumption if required.. or also with lemon juice . Thankyou

You can use upto 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder on a daily basis but, suggest to use Ceylon cinnamon powder only and you can add lemon to it to increase the antioxidant properties of the cinnamon.
