My husband is prediabetic so i wanted to know which protein powder we can use on daily basis like for shakes and oatmeals with absolutely no sugar.

He does not require additional protein unless and until he is not able to make up from diet. Also, if he is a pre-diabetic.. It can be managed with diet changes and lifestyle correction.

Try to incorporate protein in the diet itself. Include dairy products like paneer, milk,. Plant protein like tofu , sprouts Fish , eggs chicken if he is a non vegetarian . No need of any supplements.

Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.
