Usually urticaria increases or sets in during pregnancy due to hormonal changes and increased dryness of skin. Make sure you use moisturizing fragrance free body soap/wash.avoid taking bath with very hot water. Immediately after bath apply moisturizer on damp skin. Protein containing food items such as non-veg, eggs, groundnut, peanut, dry fruits, pulses, milk and milk products and sour items like tomato, lemon are known to cause allergies. But you need not stop them. You will have to identify the food item which after eating causes u discomfort and avoid eating that only. CPM is very safe in pregnancy and for long term use. Hope this helps
