I have had high cholestrol a couple of times i. Past and took medication for one month to control it and it is in control now. I am taking telma 20 for bp which was caused bu high cholestrol.
Can i take mixture of organic ape cider vinegar, ginger,garlic honey and lemon in luke waem water every morning on an empty stomach daily. Are there any side effects of it?
Can i take it for a longer duration?

There could me many possible reasons for increase in cholesterol.
So you need to tell us if there is any medical history or habit of drinking and smoking.
Till then i can suggest you somethings like:
* You need to eradicate smoking and drinking ( if it is there )
* Oil consumption should be limited to 3 table spoon per day only.
Combination of PUFA AND MUFA is recommended like : olive oil, cannola oil, rice bran oil, mustard oil.
* Rotation of oils in every 20 -30 days is considered
* Avoid ghee, butter, creams etc
