Total cholesterol should be less than 209mg/dL.
You can control it by taking less amount on fatty foods,and oils.
Olive oil is best for you(1-2teaspoons daily).
Eat dinner early.
And,do exercise(walking,jogging,cycling etc).
It increase due to lack of fruit and vegetables in your diet and you are eating fatty, spicy , more packed or refined flour and fast food.
So stop eating all these stuff.
Include sprouts, fruit, vegetables and vegetables juice, soup, salad in your diet .Do 45min exercise.
