Cholesterol reports
My age is 35 years female. Weight is 67 kgs. My LDL cholesterol is 121.8 and non hdl is 135 while total cholesterol is 196. Previously it was much less but after my pregnancy and delievry the result is this. I delivered my baby in June and INR event blood test I got this result. Is it normal also I had elevated sgot sgpt levels during pregnancy now it is normal. Please tell whether the cholesterol is okay or it is risky?

Your total cholesterol level is within normal limits and LDL cholesterol is slightly raised.you need to follow good diet habits and lifestyle modifications including exercise for 30 minutes a day.Do include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet .With the above measures you should be ok in a few months.

It is a little high. Pls don't worry much now. Anyways your sgot and sgpt has has normalised now. If possible do walk 30 minutes per day, avoid oily foods and junk foods. Anything is there have a consultation.
