Cholesterol level
I am 31 years and my LDL CHOLESTEROL is around 128.6 mg/dl and HDL CHOLESTEROL is 45.9 mg/dl. How can I reduce my LDL and is it something serious??

128 for an 31years of age is ok.. Try to take a balanced diet so that LDL will be decreased..
