Hey. I exercise regularly still my cholesterol is high It shows 260- total cholesterol, hdl-66, ldl -172, tg-110 What should I do.

You might want to regulate your diet and avoid fatty foods like fried foods. A lot of it depends on your body’s ability to process fats. In case you have a family history of high cholesterol it might add to your condition. If that is the case then you might want to see a lipid specialist to start you on medications. Cigarette smoking also contributes to the development of hypercholestrolemia (high cholesterol).
