I HAD IN MY FAMILY TRIGLYCERIDE IS  MORE THAN 600NOW ON SIX MONTHS IT IS 190. WITH THIS LEAST OIL TO COOK YOUR VEGETABLES, NO GHEE ON CHAPATI, NO TADKA IN DIET, BUTTER MILK AFTER  LUNCH. ONE FRUIT USUALLY CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI ETC ON ANY FORM. THESE ARE THE BASIC FUNDS TO DECREASES CHOLESTEROL. MEDICINE IS ROSUVASTATIN 10mg ONE AT NIGHT.LONG TERM. REPEAT TEST AFTER TWO MONTHS IF YOU FOLLOW ABOVE MENTIONED GUIDELINES. O.K BYE.
