I was exposed to chicken pox 21 days ago , and i have developed few small red pimples. Should I be concerned

As you said have been exposed with chickenpox but if you can add any photo of your rashes that would be enough to confirm the diagnosis..
And my advice for you is following ...
You need to isolate yourself for atleast 7 days(especially children) from start of symptoms
Drink as much water as u can
Take rest
Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg twice daily
(If your symptoms are less than 3 days age )
Then take tablet acyclovir 800 mg 5 times a day
