Chest and Upper back pain
Hello doctors, My left side chest and upper back is hurting since last night and I feel nauseous right now please help what this could be? I'm really worried. P.S. I've had similar type of chest and back pain earlier.

please follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty food and take protein containing food in the diet and do breathing exercises regularly with yoga and meditation after 3 day and keep positive attitude to fight any disease and any problem of your life.
