What should I needed to do Now! Some one give some advice? I am getting little bit scares to visit dental clinic.

Hello sir, filling a cavity is a very simple procedure which does not involve any pain or discomfort so you don’t have to worry. If the cavity is left untreated it may cause pain and discomfort later.

If you do not do filling in initial stage of cavity then it will go deep. Once pain begins, there are more chances of root canal treatment so get the filling done at the earliest. The more you delay... The more you will suffer. Now a days dentistry has become almost painless so don't be scared. Unfortunately there is no home remedy for tooth decay. Visit dentist for clinical examination and treatment.
