I am having a cavity in right side of teeth and because of that I am feeling sensitivity in that area.
Also sometimes while brushing my teeth,blood comes out

As the cavity is inbetween the teeth, due to food impaction your gums are affected. This causes bleeding.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist and take IOPA xray and check for the extent of caries and accordingly go for the treatment options.
If it is deep, go for pulp protection and restoration.
If it has involved your pulp , it is better to get RCT done followed by crown.

Yes there is an interproximal cavity seen in between maxillary1st and 2 nd molar u need to visit d dentist , get an x ray done and get it restored asap .
