There are interproximal caries. Food lodgement between two teeth causes gum irritation and infection.
Next Steps
Kindly visit for clinical examination and x ray.

This is a carious involvement and requires a proper restoration. Also go in for interproximal brushes and flossing.

As the cavity is inbetween the teeth, due to food impaction your gums are affected. This causes bleeding.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist and take IOPA xray and check for the extent of caries and accordingly go for the treatment options. If it is deep, go for pulp protection and restoration. If it has involved your pulp , it is better to get RCT done followed by crown.
Health Tips
Do a professional cleaning in that area, before proceeding with the treatment option. Hope this helps you mam.
