Carcinophobia and health anxiety
Hello respected doctor i have severe health anxiety and carcinophobia one of my aunt nearby my house died of by breast cancer and my left breast suddenly bigger and having pain and heaviness i consult 3 gyanacologist and all told me that it is due to hormone in your age it is common and i also done my USG it came out normal but still i am affraid of getting cancer always from a small symptom i feel i got cancer due to anxiety i got abdominal disorder but i think i have colon cancer, stomach cancer,throat cancer and so on

It can be post traumatic experience. It seems to be IAD. It's a type of anxiety disorder. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated.
