Hello, I am a 25 year old woman. Ever since I gave birth to my kids, I have been unable to lose the gained weight. The belly fat looks very bad and my figure is also destroyed. I am still young and I don’t want to live like this. I don’t know any exercise or have any exercise machine. I want to know can you lose belly fat by walking.
