I have mouth ulcer. It comes sometimes and goes off in 2-3 days. After that I am free. My doubt can I kiss my wife if I have mouth ulcer? Will it lead to any STD?

It will lead to STD or not depends on the cause of ulcers. If your mouth ulcer is recurring there are chances that you have some deficiencies or some medical condition. Other reason maybe some sharp edge of tooth is hurting the oral tissues and causing ulcer. Sharp edge can be smoothened by dentist.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination.
