No that won't help you with weight loss. For that, you need to make necessary dietary changes. Avoid oily and processed food and sweets. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily. Have water especially before meals. Have controlled meal portions. Exercise atleast 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time.
