You did an x-ray first and then met the physiotherapist. If you can not go to the doctor, then you can be watered with hot water. Do not sleep on the side of the Ganges which is hurt.

You can directly consult to a Physiotherapist without any orthopedic references where they will proper assess you to your root cause. Their are two reasons of pain in your back and buttock: 1- Nerve compression from your back 2: piriformis syndrome where there is muscular spasm of piriformis muscle.
Next Steps
Apply ice after every 2 hrs to the painful area. Avoid positions of prolonged sitting
Health Tips
No selfhelp exercises without consulting a physio

Your pain is due to muscular spasm or stiffness secondary to your sitting habits probably making you tilt more on the left or sitting with left leg crossed. Work on sitting ergonomically and taking breaks.
Next Steps
we can do a teleconsultation if you want

Good evening Pain in buttock commonly caused by myalgia or myofacial reasons.which means there is strain.fatigue in ur buttocks muscle called gluteus and also pyriformis muscle. Risk factors include sitting on hard seat, driving long distance on two wheeler.or direct injury or sports injury. You can apply some ice packs and ointment for pain and do gentle massage without pressure. Use this protocol for one week.if no relief pls consult physiotherapy specialist nearby. Hope you will recover from ur problem at the earliest.
