Burning sensation stomach chest
I have burning sensation in stomach and chest.it radiates sometimes My heart ecg echo lipronin are good. Iam able to eat food no vomiting sensation. Only I have burning like sensation in stomach and sometimes chest .

Sounds like you have GERD,take PPI ie pantaprazole 40 mg once daily for a few days . Avoid spicy and fatty foods Maintain a gap of at least 2 hours after food and lying down.

It's a reflux of gastric juice (gastro esophageal reflux) .
Next Steps
you can take (tab. pantoprazole ) before taking your food..you should avoid spicy food and hot drinks especially caffeine for some time
Health Tips
After eating your food don't lie down immediately, walk for 30minit to 1 hour it will be helpful. and make a habit of this .
