Hi these lines are normal since you were a smoker this is very common. If there is no sharp tooth then need not worry. It may be erythroplakia but to be confirmed with test. Kindly consult an oral pathologist for confirmation.
Hi,
Your tongue look normal. I would suggest you to take multivitamin supplements for 3 months and see if you are having any relief. Meet a dentist once for a clear clinical evaluation.
none of the diagnosis provided by google is true. Plz visit an oral medicine specialist. Meanwhile start with a course of multivitamins and B-12 or neurobione med.

Use mouthwash twice a day , take some health supplement might be coz of smoking or nutritional deficiency
