Burning in anus.
I have a fissure, which is almost healed. It's been a month since i had any trouble with the fissure. I do sitz bath for 15 mins - once in the morning after defecation and once in night before sleep. I then perform anal dilation to avoid tight sphincter and then apply anobliss cream. Does applying the cream so often make the skin in anus soft? The problem i am facing is that when i pass stools, the stools exit in force and sometimes, that force rub the skin of the anus. This gives me a burning sensation at the anus. This burning irritation stays for about an hour or two and then disappears even without applying any cream. Since the fissure has almost healed, can i reduce the usage of the cream?

Yes! But continue with sitz bath and laxatives. Stools should be soft, never hard constipated otherwise it can recur. Secondly itching may also be a beginning of piles, but for that physical examination of anorectal region is required. Get yourself checked by an anorectal surgeon. Best wishes
