Firstly Okra and cucumber both are rich in fibres which will help to relieve constipation. Secondly their seed are so soft that they will hardly cause ant damage to your perianal mucosa and skin. So its better you add these both to your diet so that you have no constipation which will indirectly lead to heal your fissure.
Next Steps
Take sitz bath with lukewarm water 2-3 times a day
Health Tips
Take syp Dufalac 3 tsp HS
