I have problem with my strength and stamina despite doing workout and taking adequate diet I m finding drastic improvement in my strength and stamina wat should I do to improve it so dat I can play all kind of sports and sustain for longer time I sweat alot which result in loss of energy and strength wat measures shld

Hi thanks for your query. This is almost common even other. sweating is also there do not to worry .take more water, electrolytes fruits juices over all more fluids. Now for better strengths & stamina no such medicine but u can v yoga, more good quality protien preferably plant protien, dairy products are helpful. meditation is very good as these two basically come from mind & heart not from others. Take balanced Diet with high protien & do as I advice.
