Howto recover stamina when have cervical
I have cervical spondylosis and loss of cervical lordosis because of which i am unable to list weights or make jumps. My stamina has gone down since last year because of getting herpes viral and trigeminal neuralgia post wgich i was on bed for 2 months and increased my weight by 8 kg. I went to the cardiologist since I was having pain in chest and hands and they had me do TMT test which i could not complete due to pack of stamina and had to ask them to stop. The doctor has asked me to increase stamina by doing stamina building exercises. However since i have ceevical issues i dont know what to do in this case. Can you please guide me as to which exercises can i do which wont hamper my cervical issues and still help me increase my stamina. Also, what kind of consultants can i connect with to discuss a problem like this and improve my stamina while avoiding my cervical related issues. Regards, Rahul

Hello sir Please seek the help and advise of a physiotherapist for your medical condition as they would be the right personnel to help you with relevant exercises to ease out any  pain..relating your problem.. Kindly consult doctor and follow necessary steps as advised.. Physiotherapy is anyhow required and mandatory in your condition..
