Hi, Buffalo's milk has more fat ,Proteins and Calcium and so its difficult to digest. However it's been almost 3 weeks your baby is able to digest it then its fine to continue. Cow's milk is more similar to mother's milk however cow's milk allergies are also very common in infants.
