Is it good to consume Brown rice.. If yes, would want to know how frequent we can consume it. My daily routine of white rice routine currently - Once (afternoon)..

Yes you can eat brown rice high in fiber helps lower cholesterol it's promotes fullness daily 1 time you eat.

Hi The brown rice are healthier than white rice in terms of fibre and protein. The frequency depends on person to person. You can take white rice also by increasing fiber through the vegetables. White rice are not your enemy if eaten the right way. The calories content of white rice and brown rice is almost same.
