I want to know if a bowl of fruits can be had for dinner as a meal replacement. Sometimes I don't feel hungry at night so can I substitute dinner with some fruits.

Sometimes a bowl of fruit is fine if it doesn’t cause bloating. But it should not be a daily habit as it is not healthy and you will not be able to meet daily requirements of various nutritients
