You need to be diagnosed first to know if there any other problem. Vit D/B12 deficiency are not only responsible for weakness. Get it diagnosed first with required tests.

Hello there Well did you do any diagnostic test to say that you have low vit d and b12 levels? Also muscle strength is not really related to low b12 levels.... It is important to know your height, weight and activity levels you are engaged in. Do get back with answers for proper guidance. Regards

Hello there. I can understand your concern. There are plenty of causes of muscle weakness. Have you undergone any tests to come to a diagnosis or you just thought it could be due to some deficiency? Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
