very less density bone i have compare to others. when i am lifting some weight i m feeling my bone will break.....
also i have loose muscle

If u have feeling of bone break. It means u have low calcium levels. Try getting ur calcium and vitamin B12 & vitamin D test. Vitamin D will help calcium absorption which in turn will give strength in bones. Vitamin b12 will help repair your muscles and increase muscle strength. Increase Calcium intake. Once ur vitamin levels are good you can simultaneously start physical exercises, under physiotherapist guidance before jumping into gym exercises. Thank you
