Hello there...you need to get your blood tested for hemoglobin,calcium,uric acid,vit D,B12 and RA factor...also urine analysis.
In the later half of 50 years it is common for females to feel general body pain and weakness hence u need to get follwing test done for proper analysis.
Also if possible you can get your thyroid levels checked.
have proper balanced and nutritious diet.
