Boil on teeth
My son 5 years old is autistic. Some of his molar teeth  has not grown fully and was decayed since beginning. (photo attached). What should do in this case?? He is unable to eat. He is a fussy eater too. Dentist visit is not possible often as he is autistic & behaves abnormally.

The autistic kids can be treated with the help of conscious sedation. Many pedodontist practice, you should consult them The image, attached here showing an abscess, it might need pulpotomy or even extraction in some cases
