I am having boil in my right knee. Due to which there is swelling there and also above it and near it. It is causing pain and discomfort in walking. What should I take for its treatment?

Since the boil is near knee joint if the skin is breached , there is potential risk of your knee getting infection . As you have discomfort while walking, There might be effusion of you knee or infection . Local warmth on the knee on touching it by hands, pain while bending knee, +/-fever are signs of infection . Consult an orthopedician
