Do three things: 1. Apply warm compress on the boils. Do not press or squeeze them. 2. Apply a gauze soaked in Betadine lotion over the draining boil. 3. Take painkiller like Brufen 400, twice daily. 4. Take Cephalexin (Keflex), 500 mg twice daily for 7-14 days. Take care if the boil swells and fever comes, then it will require opening it up and releasing the pus.

These are furuncles (boils) — bacterial skin infections, usually caused by Staphylococcus aureus. The one that has started draining is resolving on its own, which is a good sign; keep it clean with an antiseptic (betadine/povidone-iodine) and cover with a dressing, and do not squeeze it. For the second boil that hasn't drained yet, apply a warm compress for 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times a day — this helps bring it to a head and encourages natural drainage. Do NOT attempt to burst or squeeze it forcibly. You likely need a short course of oral antibiotics (cloxacillin or amoxicillin-clavulanate) — consult a doctor nearby or at your college health centre for a prescription. In a hostel, use your own towel and avoid sharing personal items. If either boil grows rapidly, becomes very painful, or you develop fever, see a doctor promptly for possible incision and drainage.
Next Steps
Visit your college health centre or a nearby clinic for antibiotic prescription. Also get a fasting blood sugar checked — recurrent boils can sometimes be an early sign of elevated blood sugar. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Based on your symptoms, this is most likely a skin infection (boils/furuncles), which can occur due to bacterial contamination, poor hygiene, sweating, or contaminated water. Since one of the boils has started draining pus, it indicates that it has become infected. You may require a course of antibiotics, a pain-relieving medication, and an antacid along with proper wound care. Please avoid squeezing or pricking the boil, keep the area clean and dry, and apply warm compresses. As the exact medicines and dosages depend on your medical history and examination, I would recommend an online consultation. I can assess your condition in detail and prescribe the appropriate medications if needed. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

The boil that has started draining is actually a sign that it is beginning to resolve. Do not squeeze or puncture it. Wash the area gently with soap and water, apply warm compresses for 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times daily, and cover it with a clean sterile dressing if it is draining.
Next Steps
You may need few antibiotics as well , consult!
