I am 22 yrs,5.2 height and 111 pound weight only,so I decided to join gym,but I don't know what I have to use mass gainer or whey protein,I decided to buy supplement but I got a confusion mass gainer or protein powders,so please help me with my confusion...

Hi Include natural protein like paner soya egg or Nonveg . Include complex carb like oats ragi brown rice in your meal N also consult a dietitian regularly
