Dal like moong , toor dal and green moong any one of moong dal you can have. Beetroot chips , makhana, moong dal snack, nuts and seeds to eat on daily base. Fruit you need to consume . Soup , chapati should be eaten either lunch or dinner

Hello user For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps daily . Drink 3-4lts of water per day.
