I feel my body is very heat from inside and I feel tired...when I use AC I feel relaxed...what type of food I can have to avoid body heat and any medication..Please suggest

May be intolerance of heat, or may be less water, or may be ur body type is to acidic or may be less hemoglobin, iron, may be too weak_ thin body type...i cant help u directly without knowing more clinical history, so plz consult with doctor or dietician, diagnose it, find out cause, and than u can start diet or medication.

Hello, Good evening, First of all, understand that AC will not make your body cool, instead it will increase body heat. Coolness from AC is a temporary way and that doesn't have good effects to the body.
