I have a feeling that I always have to pee and some kind of reaction is happening inside my stomach.I also get pain sometimes on the left side of my stomach.I constantly burp many times a day and only while sleeping I feel normal rest of the day I face same situation.What should I change in my diet to overcome or somehow reduce this problem.
