In my nose blood will come suddenly after few minutes it will stop every day heavily then after wiping few seconds. It will stop May i know why

If it's heavy bleeding (irrespective of it stopping on it's own)please show an ENT surgeon, local evaluation will be required. There are various causes for the same depending on whether it's mild or heavy bleeding.

You might have had a nose bleed which stopped due to a clot. Every time you disturb the clot (by putting a finger in the nose) the bleeding starts. Please don't interfere with the clot that forms in the nose.
