Bloating of stomach
I eat in limited amount - which means I eat 5 times a day but limited consumption becoz I have big tummy in the upper stomach .I eat breakfast @8 and then one cup of fruits @ 11 then lunch by 2 and some snacks in evening and also night time only roti and dal. My intake of oily foods ,sugar is very low.Still I feel my stomach is bloated all the time. Does my digestion is not good or any infection inside my stomach?? Also I couldn't reduce my tummy. Since am lean my upper tummy looks very odd?? Is there any problem with my diet or do I need to concentrate on ecercise?? Also I never to hydrate myself?? Wats wrong why I feel bloated all the time even after consuming small amount of food everytime?!
