Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your DEEP scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Ideally you should go for regular dental check up every 6 months to keep your teeth and gums in healthy condition.according to your complaint if some gum treatment was done in September ,almost five months have been passed and its okay to have a pre-visit follow up to your dentist.Home remedy for bleeding gums is to use warm saline rinses that is 1 tsp of normal salt in Luke warm water twice daily. Also use of chlorhexidine mouthwash can be helpful.Visit to a dentist is must for you
Next Steps
Visit a dentist
Health Tips
Don't try to brush very vigorously over the bleeding gums you might accidentally injure the soft tissue(gums).

Bleeding gums can be due to various reasons....you should get a proper scaling done and get a follow up done regularly for sometime. You can ask he respective Dentist to keep you on doxycycline therapy which definitely will help and do ask for the rcorrect totth brushing demo as you have to take post treatment care of your gums and teeth

Please visit the treating dentist again because bleeding cannot start soo.... soon if the cleaning is done properly, and most important is that you have to follow the instructions given to you religiously .

You had done gum treatment in september so almost 5 month back. We recommend cleaning every six months but in some cases where patient compliance is poor supportive periodontal trreatment should be done every 3 months. So visit dentist or if possible periodontist for scaling. If after reevaluation there are pockets go for flap surgery as scaling removes calculus above gums not deep subgingival calculus which can be removed only during flap surgery.
