Black strains r spreading on my face by hair dying. How can I remove those black stains permanently ? Which hair dying is best for hair without getting any kind of pigmentations? Because, when I started using to apply black colour to my hair since then these black stains has been started on my face. Day by day these r being spread thought my face.
