I have find black spots everywhere inside my mouth including lips tongue and my inner cheeks i don't know whom should i consult...? Is it a symptom of mouth cancer..??

Oral pigmentation is due to a number of causes, genetic, hormonal, certain syndromes. It's probably nothing but just get it checked with a dentist. It's not cancerous if you are worrying about that.

It's not a sign of cancer. These spots are sometimes due to old amalgam/ silver fillings (amalgam tattoo) or maybe due to oral pigmentation. Unless they are painful, you have nothing to worry about. If still in doubt you may consult any one if us dentist near you for confirmation.
