Black spot inside cheeks
I am having black spots inside my cheeks and in upper part of mouth.I am scared very much is this a symptom of cancer.

Please don't jump to such drastic diagnosis without a rational Foundation. Even a doctor will require a biopsy to confirm this diagnosis in it is never only a clinical diagnosis. It would be better if you can poster clinical picture of the affected areas so that a more rational opinion can be provided.
These could be areas of melanosis which are absolutely normal but if they are associated with habits like tobacco usage then the cause has to be eliminated by quitting the Habit immediately.
