It looks like an accidental Cheek bite. The lesion will heal on its own. You don't need to worry about it. Till the time it heals, try to avoid spicy foods

Hello. There’s absolutely nothing to worry about. It’s a skin pigmentation. Just like Europeans are lighter in complexion, compared to Asians . Hence, the pigmentation May vary among various individuals.

I think It is a healing lesion due to chewing of cheek. It will heal soon. It is due to submucosal hemorrhage
