This happens when food lodges there and gets calcified. It is affecting your gums as well as its seen. You can not see it but it will affect your bone which holds your teeth.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist. Get proper oral prophylaxis done.
Health Tips
Once you get your scaling done, you will feel sensitivity for some days in same region. As I have said before, it might have affected your bone. So you might experience some mobility in teeth as well. But that is due to the damage done the calcified deposits. If that's the case you might need to visit a periodontist (specialist for gums and periodontal problem) who will advise you further course of action based on clinical and radiographic evidence. But get the scaling done asap. It can't be overlooked. Hope this will be helpful. Keep smiling.

This is due to deposits, please visit a dentist , go for scaling ( hardly it takes 30 min). This is painless procedure. Once it is done, it takes 2 to 1 week to be cured completely. You might be feeling sensitivity for 1 week.
Health Tips
During this 1 week, 1.continue brushing twice daily, 2.use mouthwash for 1 week 3. use both sides for chewing. 4. do gum massaging in those areas 5. Use antibiotics as per the advice of the dentist. Nothing to worry, if scaling is completed. Hope this helps sir.

There is severe food deposit in that tooth. The black line could be indicative of underlying  dental decay. Kindly visit a clinic for confirmed diagnosis and cleaning of the tooth.

There is heavy buildup of plaque and calculus. Visit dentist for ultrasonic scaling. Once the layer is removed, tooth can be inspected properly.
