The black lines in the premolar and molar teeth is due to dental caries....first and foremost x-ray (IOPA) has to be taken to rule out the extent of caries.... if the cavitation is superficial then simple filling is enough ...if it is deep then you need to go for root canal treatment followed by capping

Those black lines are caries. Once they have occurred they can't be reversed back. A dentist has to drill it out and refill them with a resin material. Do not delay for long, as they will continue to go deeper, at a slow pace nonetheless.
